• Highest transacted 2 Bedroom Condo unit in Eight Riversuites when sold. Setting and breaking all previous records.

The difficulty in this sale was that the unit sits at a midfloor (11 storey) while facing rather noisy views of tennis courts, primary school and a busy road of traffic. Achieving this sale was due to staging the ‘rather’ small apartment with perfect furniture placement and ensuring the open kitchen remained clutter free and beautiful. Utilizing sale data of nearby properties allowed this unit to maintain a value above all others in this development.

Although after setting a record pricing, a short month later, a higher price was transacted for a taller unit in the same stack. I personally led the domino that broke the glass ceiling when I sold this unit at the highest price of all 2 bedrooms in the development.

Eight Riversuites is a leasehold condominium building that is located at Whampoa East in District 12. It is a newly completed condominium project. The project was completed in 2016 with a total of 862 units available for sale or rent. The condominium is located close to public transportation that allows residents to move easily from one place to another from the condominium. There are many shops and amenities close to the condominium which would ease the process for residents and they do not need to go far to find what they need.

The project was developed by UE Development (Bendemeer) Pte Ltd, a boutique property developer listed on Singapore Exchange and has built about 3 other property projects in Singapore.
