The challenge in selling this unit was three-fold, while the unit had strong unique factors, some of them were hurtful to the sale. It was a legendary sized unit at 4101 sqft, however over 60% or 2500sqft of the place is a open roof terrace – that was technically unusable for living. Furthermore it overlooked the expressway of BKE/KJE leaving the roof terrace flooded with traffic noise.

The entire renovation and redesign was quoted to be $143,000 with accurate 3d renderings and even 3 colour palettes for the potential buyers to really enjoy the place.  This is how I can achieve the seemingly impossible for my clients.
